The newly announced Halifax credit card has a 0 percent rate on balance transfers for a whole thirteen months, as well as 6 months 0 percent on purchases too. When the zero percent deals have expired the card charges a very reasonable 15.9 percent APR, with no annual fee. A further benefit associated with the card is that it is also protected against online card fraud, giving real peace of mind to the cardholder.
