Drivers in Lancashire could find that speeding convictions they have received could be overturned following an audit of the constabulary there.
Investigations are being made into claimed errors with speed cameras in the county, some of them apparently producing inaccurate figures, as well as court documentation being incorrectly processed. This is a shocking revelation for drivers across the country, not just in Lancashire, because the same issues may well have been prevalent elsewhere.
