It appears that celebrity comes with its own costs, in particular car insurance, according to a new report produced by Elephant Insurance.
Visit the Elephant Insurance website and there is now a new category for occupation – celebrity. Odd though this may sound there really are people out there who do not do anything else but be a celebrity, and by classifying it as an occupation does that mean it has become normal – heaven only knows.
Now the thing to bear in mind is that, as a celebrity there are more risks to your car and a greater chance of accidents, what with paparazzi everywhere, so be prepared to pay extra for your car insurance. Of course any celebrity worth their salt would not begrudge paying extra for being called a celebrity, that means you really have arrived, which Elephant Insurance are well aware of.
