Churchill Wins Customer Loyalty Award For Home and Contents Cover

Churchill comes out on top to win the 2011 European Net Promoter Award for customer loyalty for its home and contents insurance product.

Churchill is one of the most recommended brands when it comes to selling home insurance according to its policyholders, and they would recommend their products and services to other individuals. Although, Churchill won the award for best customer experience, scores indicted that there was still room for improvement for their customers.

Other top house insurance brands included Aviva, Direct Line, AXA, MORE TH>N and Zurich. The Net Promoter Score is based on policyholder’s chance of recommending their current insurer’s services and products to another person.
