The Bank of Scotland has been voted the most trusted mortgage brand in a recent survey carried out by Readers Digest.
Respondents were asked to rate mortgage providers in a number of different categories, considering four key attributes – quality, value, image and customer understanding. Against these markers the Bank of Scotland came out exceptionally well, a sure sign that they are doing things right.
As a spokesman for the bank said, trust is fundamental to the way they do business with customers. The Bank of Scotland prides itself on offering products and services that lead the way for the market, which is why they see customers staying with them. The bank are also delighted with the award and the fact that it is for the most important part of any relationship – trust.
